In some of the reading I've done on this site (and others) I read mention of "the condition of your skin". I am assuming this is in reference possibly to acne??? Can anyone give information with regard to the correlation between cleansing the liver/gall bladder and the condition of your skin? Does cleansing improve the skin? If so, in what way? What might the condition of the skin indicate with regard to the purges?

I've completed two purges. Since the second, I've not been feeling well in my lower gi system. I've also noticed an increase in facial Acne since then (may be unrelated). I'm considering a third purge, not because of classic gall bladder attacks (I've never had one), but because of almost constant bloating and constipation (which is why I started the purges in the first place). Seems like I get a little relief after a good night's sleep (with help from powder form magnesium supplements recommended by my chiropractor), but as soon as I eat anything it's right back.

Am I on the right track with doing the purges or way out of the ball park in treating my "condition"?

I'd appreciate any concrete advice anyone has.

Sincerely,

Fish
