Think I talked to you awhile back on Master cleanse site.
Im the one with a lemon tree in my yard. [still jealous?]
Andreas advised against The Master Cleanse but I used my lemons with black strap molasses as a morning drink. Then I got the colosan and u need lemons 4 that. So now Im having to buy them.
Anyway I did Schultzes cleanse while on my vac. last year.
It involves a juice fast and taking a couple of tonics. I felt pretty good while fasting and did some yard work. But no stones. Even got a latex glove and checked my stools once I started eating again, no luck. That was discouraging.
I went and binged on donuts. Because of the Hep C, Im thinking I may need to soften them up 1st, so thats why Im going with the Gold Coin Grass. I think youre supposed to use it for a month B4 you flush, so I wont be jumping into it. I work at a store so today is my Saturday. If necessary Ill take a personal day or two when I do my flush. Will probably post on Liver Flush Forum . Untill then, Thanks for the encouragement. Marj
