Marj! Just do it! I know what you mean about getting discouraged or confused or distracted or whatnot but once you do your first flush you will wonder why you didn't do it sooner. The Epsom Salt really isn't that bad the first time around. It does however get worse each time after that. At least for me anyway. I do my flushes on Friday nights so that way I have the weekend to rest if need be. Good luck, I hope you get to it sooner than later!
