Good questions, as usual.

I did run parallel tests between the syncrometer and both stool and urine analysis after provocative challenges, and the results were accurate within + or - 6%.

The tests also reflected accurately when compared with Hair Analysis.

As you said, the downside of the Syncrometer is not its accuracy, but its limitations in the qualitative results.
For quantitative results. as you mention, testing is considerably more expensive.
Having said that, the syncrometer gives us a very practical method to identify what is being released by the body into the pad.
