As Shanti mentioned, the dosages should determined by each individual, starting with a small dose and incrementing gradually.
I will be posting a protocol in my website, but for now I suggest starting with 3 capsules 3 times a day. Most people will start feeling a burning sensation during their bowel movements when the dose needs to be scaled down a notch.
