Some suggestions to choose from:

a) Get muscle tested by an experienced practitioner.

b) Use the foot pads and send them to get analyzed for aluminum. If you want to follow this option I can let you know where to send your used pads for testing.

c) Wait a few weeks and have your hair analyzed. I can also give you some information about where to send the hair sample.

Finally, although it is important to be aware and learn from our experiences, worrying sick about it WILL make you sick.
If you did get contaminated with the Aluminum, you can take steps to detoxify.
