Hi Brian:
My personal mantra is: The more processed the food, no matter what it is, the less compatible with the functions of our bodies.
I am not advocating raw food for everyone. Some people do well with such diets while others need more cooked or naturally fermented foods.
However, when I walk through a supermarket and see the percentages of processed foods, versus non-processed foods available, I understand why so many of us are ill.
