Hi Karen:

I have experienced similar problems with certain capsules and not with others. You may want to try a different brand, but be careful you do not get capsules with plastics or other artificial components. I have bought mine from the same place I purchased the oregano oil, used a dropper to fill them and ingested them immediately.
