well i haven't been to sleep yet so nothing new to report 8)
except just still feeling great/ i wrote off 3 very stressf ul letters/ handled 2 stressful calls, and stayed calm and focused
felt liek long ago almost when i coudl jstu deal with problems
logically and reasonably with out emtional distractsion..
feel lik ei am finally getting back soem control in life again/ thinking better and feeling stronger /
for real i am sending littel health gift pakgs out for christmas...
the folks i know will alwaaays put thign s asdie for later....
but then buy othe rmaterail things/ so this year they are getting
health y gift packs lol !!! and they know hteyr better use them lol
if i send them !!!

blackberry pie and like a crumble cobbler topping form virgin coconut oil/nutmeg/ flour and pure grad b maple syrup
my son, who is thin. gobble dupa good half of it !!! yeah !!
