that is super. altho sad to hear your injuries. also the sciatic nerve is near teh heel so if feel pain and lower back in between heel and sole.
yes keep puting it in close snug up the back of toes/ most all of that area is neck related.
i had a person that knows my phone voice.. tell me my voice has definitely gotten less hoarse than i t has been in years.
and i require less enrgy breathe wise/ to projct past my voivce box. this is some thin g else i had noticed after puttign pads by my neck back of toes areas myslef.
last night. i put pads on soles/ and they were definitley greatly reduced in color. they are now about a reg greensid/yellow copper tyep color/ whereas before they were heavily moss mucky green.
i put them directly over a sore spot on my sole which is around my pancreas area. i have also been doing my hand reflexology rubs with it... startign to see nerve endigns resume pain spots which is good, sicen then i can better identify specific areas i wan tto put pads on.
i sure hope you heal fast 8) sorry to hear of your accidnet.
ps the spine runs along th eside of your foot/ rightat teh convergence poitn of the ball and sole (on the instep side/ but a bit higher up right where it starts to curve in... hmm i mysssle migh wrapa pad in that area/it is spins shoulder balde adn up near big toe close er to ball is the thymus and broncial areas
hmm i will try tha t tonight *) see wah tyou have done ? lol
sent me racign to my reflex cahrts to see where next to experiment s with my pads !!!
good luck/ Ami B.
