when i trianed i ende dup 118 /17% bady fat.
when i said i looke dhealthy at 140 that was lloking bakc at old pics ayeaar after i ahd maarried . iwas a bout 105 ithik when marreid so i felt incredible fat at 140 !!!
when really i was jstu plain healthy caus eit was all muscle etc regualr exercise

when iwas trianign at pure lean muscle at 118 i fetl fat caus eof the midn set of evye roen aaroudn me/ thaat is a very sad saide issue many atheletes deal with aas youwell know i suspect.
