Hello,
What do you all think about having your fat % tested? Do you think this is accurate?

I know during the past five years back when I was fighting Candida and couldnt seem to get healthy I started getting cellulite on the back of my legs and butt and this puffy bag under my left eye which I know now are Toxins and sometimes I feel very toxic. I also started lossing my muscle tone and strenght I also got wrinkles on my arms& hands.

Today at walmart I had my Body fat analysis done and it was 16% which she said was very good. She says that I have alot of muscle I am like NO I dont because I dont.
I also was surprised that I only weighed 113.
Anyway just wanted your opinion.
