Unfortunately, even all of us that try to eat well and do the right things, are exposed to a large number of toxins. The air we breathe, the bottles of pure water we drink out of, sometimes washed with soaps and chemicals, the polluted grounds where our food grows. We live in this post-industrial revolution world, so we just stay as clean as we can and detox!
I think one patch everyday for a week and then once a week is good. Our standard protocol is 10 days to 30 days every day and then once a week maintenance.
