This is interesting......I have done 6 flushes so far but I am still tired
most of the time, I also did The Master Cleanse for 17 days not long ago.
I just checked the acupressure points for the spleen and mine are quite
sore, would you mind sharing what you took to help your spleen.
On one site it said Crataegus is a good herb for the Spleen.
