thanks for your response and it has been helpful!!

basically my diet has done a basic flip eating very little meat and starting to go more veges... my skin is constantly applied with sorbolene moisturising lotion w/ vit E whenever an itch starts to appear... this calms the itch down 5 or so mins after application...

I will give the chinese herbalist a miss today and try the new diet... I will look into the internal cleanse as well... i was thinking maybe a liver cleanse only for a start?

thanks aunty for your help!!! i rather look for a cure than a suppression!
