from my experience and reading through archives,

i think its best if we do the Liver Flush with Epsom Salts with water only, i did it like this the first time and got at least 200 stones.

second time i mixed epsoms with grape fruit juice and the results were not promising, i think its best to tolerate bad taste so we can get good results and not waste our time.

just my 2 cents,

also i have read from others who have experience the same as i have.

so imma go back to the nasty epsom and h20!
