Can you describe the pain? If it is a sharp pain, you may want to try the flush again. If the pain is dull and sometimes not even noticible, I would wait at least 2 weeks to see if it gets better or goes away. The gall can continue to have spasms and the large dose of fat can make the gall and ducts contract very hard which can strain it and the surrounding tissues. My pain went away in about 2 weeks.
