The epsolm salt is what opens the biles. I read that stones won't get stuck if you do the salts. But I do agree w/your supportive herbs. Grapeseed is great, and lecithin! Herbs help support what we are doing, and I too came to the conclusion that I should break these stones smaller if possible. Lecithin has helped me a great deal, and even help minimize the discomfort in my stomach.
