Hi littlewings! I am doing my 2nd flush tonight. So far I've had just fruit and fresh made apple juice for breakfast. I plan to have veggie juice and some veggies for lunch. Then nothing. Gotta work till 6 so I will take my first dose at 6:30. I am on central time. How bout you?
