Bill, you have come to the right place for information. I too have very high cholesterol and TG without meds. Start cleansing your liver so it works more effeciently. Don't let the doctor talk you into lipitor or the such. They will only make your liver more congested, Here is link from the cholsterol forum. I had great results flushing and my numbers came down significantly.
