As the Epsom Salts are both for cleaning you out AND opening the bile ducts, I would think that you wouldn't need them again the next day after the oil has already passed. I would think the "need" for them would end the night before, and that any other method of cleaning you out would work. I have skipped the fourth Epsom Salts on every one of my cleanses for the same reason you have. By then Epsom Salts just make you want to yak.
