Its funny about that oil. After a year of Liver Flushing I have discovered that 4 oz. is not enough, 8 oz. is too much, but 6 oz. is just right, at least for this ol' gal. I also found out that I do better on lemon juice than grapefruit, but hey, that's just me. I'm flushing again Friday and am learning to hate the sight, smell and taste of apple juice.
