I appreciate the Epsom Salt Flush. I've done 5-6 of them. Each time the numbers of stones has decreased and the size of the individual stones has increased.

I've done Dr. Schulze 's 5 day cleanse. It is costly and it takes a lot of time. This may be fine if you are sick and at home - but the 5 day juice fast with all the tinctures is tough if you are at work. Real tough.

I looked inside to see if I could come up with a happy medium. One that was still a cleanse - no Epsom involved - but one that didn't use 18 supplements and take all week.

I came up with a cleanse. It was my most successful cleanse ever. It also is one that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.

OK - takes 2.5 days. 2 days of diet and that .5 day after you ingest olive oil. I started on Monday with fresh apple juice. It was also that time of the month for me......time for my Echinacea. I was taking Echinacea throughout the day. I ate as many apples and drank as much apple juice as I wanted Monday and Tuesday. I also drank plenty of distilled water. The only other drink I took was Red Tea. I followed a few of the apples with a tablespoon or two of Udo's Choice Perfect Oil Blend.

I also took some apple cider vinegar with cayenne after my juice dinners.

I know that my bowels are strong. I move them 2-3 days on my own. I take one capsule of Dr. Christopher's FenLB (www.drchristopher.isbrilliant.com) when I really want to be cleaned out! If I take 2 - its almost like having a colonic. If I take 3 - look out. Its like I took Epsom....

I took 3 Monday night.

Tuesday was a complete repeat of Monday. Except that I took 1 FenLB at 8pm. One at 8:30 and a final one at 9pm.

At 9 I mixed together 8 ounces of Olive-Oil with the juice of 2 freshly squeezed grapefruits. I struggled mightily to get that down. I brushed my teeth and got into bed. Pulled my legs up as I laid on my right side and struggled through a night of being nauseated that was horrible. Several times I came close to losing the oil....Several times I wanted to purposely lose the oil....

I made it through the horrible night. I've had 5 bowel movements so far. The stones that have come out have surpassed the first Epsom flush I did. Thousands of dark and light stones. Hundreds of the larger ones that I had been seeing with the most recent Epsom flushes. And....one that was 1.2 inches in diameter.

It was wildly successful. It also was wildly difficult and I will never do it again. Never.
