Hi everyone, thanks for the different advice on those subjects. I hope my next flush goes as well as this one did... except the nausea. By the way, does anyone else ever experience mild anxiety while doing a flush? I don't know if it's me, or my body just sort of freaking out with all that oil in it all at once, but I just feel a little antsy and anxious during my flushes... it might just be my nerves though... :) Thanks again everyone!
