using a salt water flush (as described in The Master Cleanse)instead of the morning doses of Epsom Salts ? Taking the third and fourth doses of Epsom Salts in the morning is the worst part of the flush for me. It seems like the salt water flush would sweep out the intestine equally well and is not supposed to be so dehydrating. What do you think?
