I'm about to take the second dose of Epsom and the thought about going to the bedroom trying to fall asleep was unbearable!
Ornithine doesn't work for me for sure and to drug myself in order to get some sleep next morning is not attractive.
Hulda says to freeze for 20 min... and SLEEP! It scared sh.. out of me when I thought "what if I had to get up..." lol
