I did my 3rd flush last night as well. It takes that is within me to drink that olive oil & GF concoction. I stood over the bathtub, held my nose, closed my eyes, and kept repeating "umm this chocolate milk tastes good" "so good, so good!" "I want more, it's quenching my thirst". - Talk about desperate measures...each time I do this I have to psych myself out. Otherwise I will gag and vomit. There has to be a better way.

I usually get harsh diarreh as well...so I cut the salt portion in 1/2, however, I noticed that I didn't have to go the restroom first thing in the morning. The urge was not there. I got something to eat, and about 1/2 -1 hour later, I was able to pass appx. 50-70 small stones. This is quite unusal since the first time I passed appx. 200, 2nd time appx. 150.

Good to know I wasn't alone in my agony last night. smile
