Thanks for the reply. Interesting that you skip the Epsom Salts the next morning and do the Sea Salt flush. I may try that as I am starting a Liver Flush routine today. Each flush has produced greater and greater allergy symptoms for a few days after the flush. I assume it is because I am not getting "cleaned out" properly after things are released by my liver. Thanks a lot for your insight.
