I started my flushes in February. I would think by the end of
March my allergies were gone. I usually had year round problems.

This summer I had no idea if the pollen count was high or low!!!!

When I started my flushes I was probably sick for at least 6
weeks. Terrible sinus pain, ear aches, my whole head was
misserable. But slowly but surely it cleared up.

Originally I thought that I was really sick, but then it struck
me that all the toxins probably were escaping.
So far, of and on, I have some fogless and energenic days but I am sure I need more liverflushes to make it more constant.
