Just a hint: When you take the Epsom Salts , mix them with organic apple juice instead of water... tastes 100% better and it works just as good if not better if you ask me. The apple juice helps aid in softening your stones when they come out. As for the Orithidine or whatever it's called, I don't take it. I don't have a problem sleeping when I flush :) I hope it goes well! Good luck.
