I'm still a little nervous about the details of this, but my situation is making me determined to act to get rid of my stones. All I know is that it's making me feel ill and tired, and my mental agility is suffering (more so than any physical symptoms, actually). I found this forum earlier this evening and have glanced through the various messages. I do have a few questions:

-the Epsom Salts : are these just the kind you get at the pharmacy? Is there a specific type I should look for?

-what is ornithine and where do I find it?
