i am doing the clark liver cleanses. i have done 13 so far-- 8 in the
past two weeks. i started doing them back to back because i was
getting enormous stones out. i think now that the clogged liver is a
big part of my health problems. my problem is that i do not feel well
if i am NOT doing the cleanses. i feel like i need to do them every
day. the only problem is that the Epsom Salts are very depleting.
when i try to eat to recover my strength, all my old problems come
back worse than ever since there are more stones blocking the duct. i
guess this is good since i am on my way to getting them out, but i am
in new territory and i would appreciate advice. now that i see light
at the end of the tunnel, waiting two weeks in between cleanses is
out of the question.
