I honestly can't say if the oil pack added to the success of this flush, or if it was simply time for this stuff to come out. I do know this though, the warmth of the oil helped me relax and sleep better than I have ever been able to do during a flush. I plan to keep using them.
May I give you a word of advice? Please give youself a day to recover before starting MC. Eatly lightly and rest. Let your body get over the stress of the flush before before subjecting it to a fast. I have a few failed Master-Cleanse attempts in my past because I tried to do everything at once. However, you can have great flushes after Master-Cleanse because the body is clean and detoxing. The Liver Flush is like icing on the Master-Cleanse cake. (if only it tasted more like icing
