I look and feel like the high side of 90 right now. This flushing is hard work. Yet when I feel stronger, a session on the mini tramp, a brisk walk in the fresh country air, coconut oil hair treatment, dry skin brushing, and a nice shower and CO massage and hopefully I'll look fit for Sunday-go-to-meetin' tomorrow.
Also I'll get to EAT tomorrow!!
