One thing you forgot to mention--Do you feel better? I have done 4 flushes using Apple Juice method (sensiblehealth.com) and 6 flushes using Dr Clark's method. The Apple Juice method seemed to help remove the "chaff" - large globs that looked like tan cookie dough. I don't know if this was just the timing of the flushes, or the method. The Dr Clark method ( Epsom Salts ) has been best at getting out 100s of stones.

I felt significantly better after the first 3 flushes, and I think after #7, but haven't improved a whole lot since then...I think I'm "crossing the chasm".

It's very rewarding to get out that many large stones, but I would appreciate your comments on how you feel as well....hopefully fantastic?!?!
