Thank you for providing your results! Is there a link for the Lewis method?

I am not sure of the difference. Is it the greater quantify of olive oil?


Since reading of Christa's 2-day method a few days ago I have been wondering if more or an additional drink of olive oil would get better/quicker results.

Have you noticed an additional weight loss with #16 too?

I am planning my next flush this Thursday and will do it the same way.
