An eye opener for all cleanser

Just have a look over the following by a M.D. doctor, as to how danagerous is this cleansing.

I had a patient Cirrhosis Liver ( Indeterminate cause) , went on such cleansing diets and regime including enemas etc, felt great for 6 months, had no edema, ascites went away , so he stopped all meds and did not see me for that duration. 6 months later he came to me with a perianal abscess (due to excessive use of
enemas), albumin down to 2.0 g% , totally wasted body mass, developed
encephalopathy in a weeks time and died. He was Child B before naturopathy, with no varices and had a 60 % 5 yr survival chance.

I rest my case even if it is anecdotal.
