You can. I do them weekly. I di one a year ago and since march I have done about 10 in a row. You can do them at your own pace. Some people that are ill may not handle them as well so I guess the two weeks is for them to recuperate, however, most peoople have a good liver and kidneys so it's easy, therfore, you can do more in a shorter span. Why wait to clean up the years of accumulated stones; it makes more sense to do it more routinely and quicker. I am even contemplating doing back to back liver flush, that is one night then the second night. This short span of two flushes within 24-36 hours might even accelerate the process of cleaning more; after all the preparation of juice and phos acid and Epsom Salts may stay in the system so a second time is alright. It depends on the reaction of consuming the oil the first time and how fast you recover. I am fine after a 12 to 24 hours, usually; I just had the flush yesterday, and it was the easiest time yet, I drank the oil like it was water, no gagging or nausea of the prospect, no quesiness, no reaction to getting ready to drink it. It was just like a normal thing. I swallowed it with ease, the nausea afterward was minimal, and in the morning I felt ok except for some weakness of the body and fullness of the stomach. Bottom line, it is easier to take and do the flush; I guess that means my body is in better health from the previous flushes; talk about a tune-up!
