It sounds like it is going to be a slow process in which you will get better over time. One thing you could do is get a water ozonator and drink at least 3 big glasses a day. It is known to work well for your condition. Later you could add on other units until you have the Beck Protocol, which is a pathogen cure all.

Another one is to get some food grade peroxide and add the right amount to distilled water. You then drink it like the ozonated water.
