Yes, as we discovered in researching some other companies efforts, we found this and were pursueing this. I had even requested forms.

Our first problem was in raising the $1,000,000 or more required to get product approval. Several thousand dollars are required to be sent with the application and this does not in any way imply that any approval is forthcoming. Also, the real problem was in getting them to approve the permit as you know, this is not likely. None the less, we were in this process.

As a point of note, as I have recently found, any company or person who ships a zapper across state lines, manufactures, sells, or claims any effect whatsoever from a zapper, Beck instrument, Rife, CS, Kombucha, or whatever, is in violation of the FDA code. The indication that I have received is that they will be taking additional extensive action soon.

A Cell Phone , a toothpick, or a vibrator is subject to the FDA.

The code of the FDA is extensive and there is much hidden.

In their comments, they made it very clear that the FDA and its personel are very biased against the zapper and it can not work except as a placebo. Too bad that all placebos are not this good.

Also, as it is quite possible that ParaZapper may not re-open, I will be posting my latest research soon.
