What exactly do you mean by a low frequency zapper? In the video it shows that the Zapper is 30,000Hz.

2000Hz or so, nstead of 30,000Hz.


and also what is the augumentation footpads?

Run a wire from the positive hand hold to something that will conduct into your feet.


I will also be making my own Colloidal Silver , is this a good method to do at the same time with zapping?

Yes Colloidal Silver is like a second immune system if made correctly. Use distilled water with no additives, and have a current limiting circuit. If not you could end up with blue skin.
