I have put the ring electrodes on my ears. It seemed to really help when I did. I would highly suggest Hydrogen Peroxide in the ears (3%) though. Put some drops in your ear and keep it in for 10 minutes, (it will fizz) drain it. Do the same in the other ear. Sinus infections start in the ears, so it's important to keep them healthy and clean of viruses. It seems that the Zapper has a little more trouble reaching the right places in the ear every time, though sometimes it will work great.
