i dont know

iam asian and i eat maybe 2 bulb of garlic a day
cooked or uncooked i like spicy food so i have no problem eating it
just the garlic breathe i have to worry about
ever since i been eating garlic iam full of energy
and i know a guy who cured his cancer with eating raw garlic
and also read on this forum some guy had a kidney infection
had cuple raw garlic and cured it

so i dont know i like garlic and most of our food have garlic in them
and 130F dont make sense i eat them cooked all the time
