Yesterday I was reading one of Dr. Christopher's news letters on garlic. It made me think of Dr. Beck and myself. Dr. Christopher says that garlic is poison if it is heated up above 130°F. It becomes a harmful form of inorganic sulfur. Maybe this is the garlic that Dr. Beck was talking about. As for myself, I noticed many years ago that if I ate garlic I would be sick for several day afterwards, however, sometimes I would have no reaction. For sure powdered garlic would make me sick. There are a lot of people that function better without garlic in their diets like Dr. Beck speaks of.
