I wouldn't reccomend swallowing to much hidrogine per oxide but a little swallowed is good for you. as for the colloidial silver, to expensive isn't it? there is a report
at http://zapperplans.com/ for making colloidial silver and it might be helpful.
as to the zapping, Dr. Hulda Clark recomends 7 20 7 20 7 for zapping sessions at a minimal but some people think that zapping for longer periods of time makes a more efective zapping session.
