I have noticed that centered feeling as well. Calm and stable. I have also found EFT to be even more powerful than the BT7 in relieving many different types of emotional upset and physical pains as well. EFT was a God send for me when I had panic/anxiety attacks this year over a job loss. I could feel the anxiety and chest pain lift in the first ten minutes of hitting the EFT meridians.
