I have presented reasonable physical evidence and so far, no one has presented anything to refute it. "It works fine" is subjective and is not evidence.

It is not that it does not work, my concern that I have stated over and over is that it is not the best that it can be and promoting it as fine to someone with a more serious problem could cost them their life or at a minimum, additional suffering.

I present to you the following:

I originally made zappers using the standard 555 chip according to Dr. Clark. After selling these for months, I surveyed our customers and found satisfaction was about 72 percent. Those with lesser problems like it just fine but those with more serious problems were not as satisfied.

After a lot of research, I added the 2.5 kHz frequency and satisfaction with those customers rose to 84 percent. I do not consider this good at all. So after further research, I chose the analog CMOS chip that we currently use. Without any other change, satisfaction rose to 89 percent. Upon reaching this level;, we sent out a notice to all of our customers that we would upgrade them for free and many of them took advantage of the upgrade. Upon re-polling those customers after a few months, their satisfaction rose from 72 percent to 89 percent.

Satisfaction with the CCa combined with copper paddles and copper footpads is over 96 percent which is very high according to industry standards. This means litterally that many of the most difficult cases are getting good results.

By the same concern, while I can not poll all ZP customers, we get a lot of calls from ZP owners who want to upgrade and based on those on this forum combined with those who call us, I would say that satisfaction with the ZP zapper is less than 65 percent.

This brings up two points:

#1 ZP definitely works, as the placebo effect is generally accepted as 32 percent.
#2 There are a lot of people who buy ZP that get discouraged and give up because you tout it as being as good as other zappers without giving the other zappers a fair chance.

If these people give up because they think that the ZP zapper is as good as better zappers, you are quite possibly giving them a death sentence.

One last note:

While I am sure that ZP has some testimonials, I have never heard one person with a serious illness say on Curezone that the ZP has really helped them. Due to the lack of feedback from their customers, ZP has not made one significant improvement in their product since they started.
