Yes, but some statements exceed opinion, especially when presented as being fact, which while later toned down, they were initially.

Everyone is entitled to have their favorite and should be able to provide fair and reasonable support to that end. But there has to be a limit when data and facts are misrepresented.

I do not even like the idea that it was necessary to post the original page about any zapper being not as good, but once the data was staring me in the face, I felt that I would be remiss if I did not. It is apparant that I caused anguish and anger among some of the posters who particularily liked that product.

I also see that several comments have been edited since they were originally posted and some original claims have been modified. I like to see this forum move forward and a tone of fairness and civility maintained. I do not like to see others who are watching or participating being turned off by bickering. It is not productive to the improvement of the zapper or to its use. But when unsubstantial, misleading or defamatory statements are posted, they should be refuted.
