Yes, my ultrasound shows a white stone object but it is actually a
dark yellow cholesterol stone. I think both calcium and hard
cholesterol stones will show up on ultrasound. 90% of all hard
Gallstones are cholesterol anyway. Pigmented and/or calcium stones
are more rare.
