I was originally doing 10 on 20 off times three - then was told to do 10 minutes on 2.5 with the red cord on the right hand - then 10 minutes on 3.5 with the red cord still in the right hand - 20 minutes off - then switch the red cord to the left hand and repeat another two sessions with the final 20 off.

Does that sound confusing -
